Why Automotive professionals are relocating to Florida?

Well, if the weather, the beaches, the restaurants, and bars aren’t enough to consider Florida – there certainly are plenty more reasons why you should relocate to the sunshine state.

Florida has no state income tax, which coupled with the fact that Automotive professionals are paid well above the country average gives Florida a big edge when deciding to relocate. House prices in the big cities can be high but compared to other ‘sunshine states’ there are more affordable houses around and there’s plenty around to get yourself on the property ladder.

Once you’ve finished your working week, you won’t be shy of things to do or places to visit. If sport is your thing then Florida is home to no fewer than three NFL teams, two NBA teams and two MLB teams. Sport is everywhere here so if you enjoy watching or playing, you’re in for a treat.

Florida is the third biggest state for new cars registered with the ports, lots of cars come through Florida and lots of the country’s biggest dealer groups have a base in the State. So, lots of new cars, but are there any jobs? Well according to Glassdoor and Indeed there are currently 730,000 vacancies in Florida and over 20,000 of those are in the Automotive industry.

Now is the time to get yourself over the Florida and explore some great dealerships because Florida’s economy is booming. The state’s economy is so healthy that if it were its own nation, it would have the 17th largest economy in the world! That’s a seriously thriving state and if you’re looking at buying property in Florida then you’re getting in just on boom-time!

No tax, great weather, booming economy and lots of Automotive jobs… sounds too good to be true - but it isn’t!
